Our History

The Voit Company now focuses exclusively on the acquisition, enhancement and asset management of select commercial properties in the Southwest. Properties are acquired with private and institutional funding, developed or repositioned, and held for varying periods.

Voit’s largest project was the creation of an entire business community, including 2.9 million square feet of low-rise and high-rise offices, and a campus-style park environment including restaurants, a fitness center and a hotel. Known as Warner Center Business Park, this project created a new workplace hub and commercial center in Los Angeles’ San Fernando Valley.

Voit also developed the first public-private development for the City of Los Angeles, coming in five months ahead of schedule and $2 million under budget.

The Voit Company currently owns and manages projects in California, Arizona and Hawaii.
