Bob Voit founded predecessors of Voit Real Estate Services in 1971 and led various entities to more than $2 Billion of property value, $46.5 Billion in commercial brokerage, and over $1 Billion in construction. The brokerage division was sold to several long-term sales agents in 2015.

Bob has served on various business and charity boards and received dozens of civic and professional awards. He holds a Bachelor’s degree from University of California, Berkeley, and a Master’s degree from California State University, Los Angeles.

Since joining Voit in 2010, Kelli Jack has served in several key roles. She is now Director of Operations including office management, human resources, IT, and marketing.She is a licensed real estate salesperson in the State of California. She earned her Bachelor of Science from DePaul University in Chicago, Illinois and a Master’s Degree from Northern Arizona University.

As Chief Financial Officer, Stuart Kriloff is responsible for all financial areas of the company including budgeting, tax reporting, treasury function, insurance programs and legal compliance. He is also involved with the debt financing of the company’s development and investment properties and has been with Voit for over 14 years.

Prior to joining Voit in 2002, Stuart had more than twenty years of financial management experience and has served as both the Controller and CFO for companies involved in commercial real estate.

Mr. Kriloff earned his Bachelor of Science degree from Illinois Institute of Technology and his Master’s in Accounting Science from the University of Illinois – Champaign/Urbana. He is a licensed Certified Public Accountant in the states of Illinois and California.

Robert D. Voit – President

At The Voit Company, Timothy Reagan is responsible for supervision of the firm’s development and asset management activities.

In addition to starting with Voit in 1997, Tim has worked in similar positions with Starwood Capital, LNR Commercial Property Group, and VDI Services. With Voit, Mr. Regan has successfully developed nearly two million square feet of commercial real estate, and serves as asset manager of real estate in the Voit portfolio.He is a licensed real estate salesperson in the State of California, and a long-time member of the National Association of Industrial and Office Parks and the Los Angeles Commercial Realty Association. He earned his Bachelor of Science from Arizona State University.
